Why join Appraisal Connection Center?
We feel the pinch, too. We're appraisers who have all worked for AMCs and are feeling the pinch of tightening margins as profits have been taken away from us. In response, a group of us decided to figure out a better way to run an AMC. A primary goal of Appraisal Connection Center is a fair fee for appraisers while holding the line on client fees.
We're local. We understand the Northern California real estate markets and act as a buffer from out of state clients who don't know the area.
We're appraisers. We understand the demands of the job and will never ask you to do anything unethical. No value checks. We won't ask you to ignore the railroad tracks behind the subject or the water stain in the living room.
Getting Started
Download, read, sign, and return the appraiser agreement below. Scan the last page into your computer as a Word , PDF or JPG document. There is also a one-time registration fee of $100 for each appraiser. Either before or after signing up, please remit the $100 fee via one of the methods below:

To sign up, click here or click on "Appraiser Login" at upper left. Click on "Click here if you do not have a user name and password" and fill out the form. When you Save the form (button at the bottom of that page) a user name and password will be given to you. Use that to log in and continue filling out the form. You will be asked to upload these documents: License, E/O, W-9, Resume and the last signed page of your appraiser application. Be sure you tell us your specialties and the areas you cover so we can choose you as we get orders.
